Back From Holiday, 6 Days 5 Nights From Chiang Rai.

My arrival from the Bangkok Suvarnambhumi Airport yesterday. After having my holiday for 6 days 5 night, finally I'm back. This is the second time I have arrive at the new LCCT (Lower Cost Carrier Terminal) Sepang.

Taken my flight back from Chiang Rai Airport. Upon arrival at LCCT, the interior inside look beautiful with more shop open.

Even there is a money changer bank and a beautiful Duty Free Shop.

The interior look nice but I didn't buy anything from there. Not really interested with the product they sold.

During my trip over there, I was not really happy when I travel there because the Malaysia share market is moving up and I have lost lots of opportunity to make some money.

Thailand Foods. "Kau Kan Chin" In Maesai Streets

During my shopping time in Maesai streets, I have a chance to taste their food. A very special food at the first time. I tell you ..... very delicious.

I have never try this food before but the taste was really good. This one should be my dinner today.

For just a few item only, vegetables, chilies, rice and the cost is less than few baht only.

At first I was having a little bit hesitation to eat the food because I don't know the taste. But after having a few scoop ..... wah lahhhhhhh ...... good food.

Add with little bit of dry chilies will add up the taste.

The name of the food called "Kau Kan Chin". In Malaysia we call it "PULUT"

For this special food they only cost you just 20 Baht per plate. Where to find ? In Malaysia I cannot find this kind of delicious food with a price that is cheap.

Shopping At Maesai Streets.....

Today I went for a shopping. I managed to buy one beautiful purse for my wife. The purse is the latest design because I have been walking for more than 1 hours only to find most of their design are almost the same.

First they open the prize at 450 Baht. First I'm asking for negotiate for 200 Baht. Then the girl a the shop told me 350 Baht.

I take a look and I negotiate again. 250 Baht. The girl didn't agreed. She told me that the skin of this purse is a good quality.

Then she told last price at 300 Baht. I told her that I'm only looking for 250 Baht. On my way out she told me 280 Baht.

I told her OK....last price 270 Baht. She said ...wah so stingy one....10 Baht also want to negotiate. Ok 275 Baht... she said. I told her 270 Baht then I will take.

At last she gave me at my asking price, 270 Baht. What a bargain.

Collecting Holy Waters in Chiang Saen, Chiang Rai.

After finishing visiting the other temple yesterday, I went ahead to another temple. This time around is a different places. I went there to ask for a blessing and collect some holy water.

The place is a bit outskirt. I don't think many people know where is the place.

It is not for tourist. It is just for the locals only. One thing for sure the process of collecting the hold water is interesting.

As we can see the process using an old method. But we cannot just collect the water and put it inside the bottle. I have to pour it into the bamboo and then the water will flow its way to the bottle.

The place that I'm collecting the water is about 5 km to 7 km from the first temple that I have visited.

At least I have to take several times to fill up the bottle. The water seems to be clean because it was an underground waters.

Quite fascinating because I have never try this one for a long time already. I think I did try this one when I was small in other places but I forget already.

You can see after I have collected the water, I need to pour it onto the bamboo to let it flow to the bottle below.

Quite a nice experience. The place was called Doi Luang. I was been told that last time some this water was being carried all the way to Bangkok to give the Thailand King's a bath during his 60th Birthday. This water can be drink and bath and even can use for cooking also. HOLY WATER mahhhhhhhh

Visiting Chiang Saen Temple's. Chiang Rai

Yesterday evening I drive to a place call Chiang Saen. A place in Chiang Rai province. My intention was to visit a temple. On the way to that place I did pass by a place call "WAT PRA DHAT PHA-NGAO". I suspecting that their English wording is wrong but never mind. Just a small matter.

Never been there before. At least this a new place for me. Here was the entrance to the main place. It was a nice place because the temple was on top of the hills.

Here is something that been wrote as to mention about the history of the temple. This Wat believed to be build in 463 AD.

On top of the hill I can see quite a beautiful scenery. There is a big river and moreover if we look at the other side of the river is a country call Loas. Just by swimming over, you can cross to another country.

You can check the picture that I have taken. The river is the border between the Thailand and Loas country.

Inside the temple there are few statue represent the Buddha. I don't what the Buddha name but I was been told that this is a famous place and I can see that they are doing some construction works to make it beauty.

The place was very big but I just visit a few places only. Inside the temple you can do some donation and even there is a priest to bless you.

Below is another beautiful building. The buliding was surrounding by water and there are also many fish swimming along and it is huge.

Quite a beautiful place over there and the location of this place just at the main road.

"THAMPLA MAESAI" - THAILAND

On that day I travel to Thailand, I'm taking a plane flight number 9M-AHL. I like to record down the number because I want to keep track on every flight I take. This two days on my trip to Chiang Rai, I was not really happy because the Malaysian share market was moving and I was not in Malaysia.

Feel disappointed not having an opportunity to catch any of the counters as I not use to play while I was not in front of the monitor to watch the movement. What to do, sometimes I need to accept the facts that what is not your is not your. Let it be. Wait for another round.

On Friday I went to visit a place call "THAMPLA MAESAI". This is a place where by you can find lot of fish and a temple was there. "THAM" in Thailand we call it Cave and "PLA" we call it Fish. Or we can call it as Fish Cave.

This place also got lot of monkeys and even I find one very interesting old monument. Quite old already and I was amazed that I still can find something over there. This place use to have many tourist from foreigner but not on a tourist map in Thailand. I'm just sitting at the back of a cave where by there are so many fish swimming into the cave.

The place is a bit old. To buy some fish food and enjoy evening walk would be reconmended. At the back of the place we can see lots of hill surrounding the place. It is a nice place but a quiet place as well.

At least this is a place I have never been before as I use to travel to Thailand everytime.

Travelling To Chiang Rai. Holiday ..

Early in the morning I have to wake up to catch my flight to Bangkok. After that I will continue to take my flight to Chiang Rai. Going for holiday again. Today was the first day I'm entering the new LCCT new terminal. It is so nice and beautiful. Everything is so easy to handle. Bigger counters, less queuing, fast check in and even a lot of shopping can be done in new LCCT terminal. Great for AirAsia and Malaysia Airport. Everything is so convenience.

Only one thing is not nice.... I can't find a shop selling newspaper. Today flight no delay. The timing was nice. My travelling this time save me a lot of money because I'm using AirAsia voucher to brought my tickets. All in all I'm only paying about RM 160.00 for the whole trip. Upon reaching the Suvarnambhumi Airport, there were little passenger around that airport. It is not like as usual where by the airport always crowded with many tourist.

Maybe it is because of last week political agenda happening in Bangkok where by so many tourist have cancel their plan to travel to Bangkok. It has been about 3 months plus since my last trip. The whether here is a bit hot but it is as usual and almost the same in Malaysia.

Movie "Knowing"

Well on Thursday I fall sick again. This time I have a sore throat and fewer. When I cough it feel very bad. The next morning I have to visit my doctor. Cost me about RM 70.00 but what to do, people do get sick.

Today I went for a movie call "KNOWING". Staring by Nicolas Cage. A very interesting story. Something very new for me about this movie. This time I bring three of my daughters to watch this movie and it cost me RM 28.00.

The computer side effect was very good until you can feel that the real plane is coming down right in front of you. Worth to watch and moreover Nicolas Cage movie never disappointed me at all.

Shinjuku Incident - Jackie Chan

Last Wednesday I was watching the Jackie Chan movie. First I thought that it will be a very nice and good movie but to my expectation, I would say that so-so.

In that movie, Jackie Chan didn't really fight at all. But it is a good movie, just for entertaining. Maybe my expectation was very high when I watched that movie. Cost me RM 6.00 to watch. Watch at The Store Klang.

The Fast And Furious 4 Movie. Entertaining ...

Lately I found out that I need to do something about my blog. How to make it interesting to read. Usually my blog always strait to the point. It seems that it is not really in a natural way of human being behaviour writing. It is just like a typing a very good letter only.

So I will try my best to pen down any article naturally in the way as other bloggers are. Yesterday I went for a movie, my intentions is to watch Jackie Chan film but to mu surprised that cinema told me the film was cancel because there was no demand on it. That how the business being run at The Shaw Centerpoint.

Many Chinese in Klang would rather watch the movie in other cinema rather watching it at The Shaw Centerpoint. But I still watch the movie over there because it is cheap. Cost me only RM 8.00 per movie. Yesterday I watch Fast and Furious 4. Very good movie. No doubt the movie already runs for 4 series, still the story line not boring at all. Entertaining...... and I like the girl in that story. She is beautiful ....
