Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince

During my trip to Bangkok, I have a chance to went to Siam Paragon (23.07.2009). I love to went there because I like the place very much. It feels so comfortable when you went there for a window shopping.

During my visit there I have a chance to watch a movie. Basically I'm not the follower of the Harry Potter's movie but because there was no other good movie so I went there to watch the movie.

It is quite expensive to purchase the movie ticket - 160 Baht per person but consider a five star movie cineplex, I just watch the movie.

After watching the movie, I can tell you this is the lousiest movie from Harry Potter series. My recommendation is not to watch this movie. If you have a chance just buy the DVD only. Very boring movie.

Baan Saladeng - Bangkok's Urban Oasis

Where do I stay on the first night. Frankly the place that I choose was being recommended by my old friend for quite sometime already. This time around it was my second time I went to stay there. The place called Baan Saladaeng. Check their website. Very easy to do some booking from internet.

The place look nice and clean. It is very easy to find some food to eat and the place also is very near to Silom BTS station (Saladaeng).

I stay there for three nights for a payment of 1,000 Baht per night for White Room (2 nights) and 1,500 Baht for Mediterranean Sky Room - on the top floor (actual price for this room was 2,500 Baht). Able to get discount from the management and the rooms also come with the breakfast. How nice.

Very lovely place to stay and it is convenience to travel from this place. I like it very much. Their hospitality is very good. Their concept of doing this is very simple and nice.

Bangkok 4 Days 3 Nights.

On Wednesday I took my flight back to Bangkok. Yeap.. this time the plane that I board was the new Airbus A320. The plane flight number was HS-ABH. As usual I have to wear my mask when I was on board from Chiang Rai to Bangkok.

As you can see in my photo taken inside the taxi, the taxi driver also wear a mask when they pick up a passenger from the airport. When I arrive at the airport, I went straight to Ministry of Foreign Affair to do some documentation works.

Tachileik, Myanmar. DVDs At 35 BAHT Per Piece. So Cheap............

I did took some of the picture at Tachileik, Myanmar. They are selling branded watches, branded bag, many type of branded T-shirt, shirts, shoes and many many more ......... even some branded phone.

As I have mention my main priority is to purchase DVDs. Here are some of the DVDs that I have brought. Total quality DVDs that I have brought is about 22 pieces. Guess what ? How much one DVDs will cost you? I guess I will never imagine that I can brought this kind of quality DVDs at this price. 35 BAHT. Yes ..... 35 Baht is about RM 3.60 per piece. Shocking for me also.

Actually if I could, I would like to buy all the DVDs from that shop. There are so many until you don't know how to choose. What to do? If you buy too many then I might be facing a problem with the Malaysian Customs. I spent nearly about 800 Baht to purchase the DVDs.

Myanmar - Tachileik. The Small Shopping Heaven.

Today I have visited the Myanmar country for the second time. My plan visiting there was to purchase quality DVDs. My target was Micheal Jackson DVDs. This time around I have make my planning very well.

This time I be going to Myanmar - Tachileik just by paying 10.00 USD only. Previously I was being charged about 100 Baht at Thailand Immigration for holding my passport at the border and 10.00 USD at Myanmar Immigration but this time I'm bringing my passport to cross over. I told the Immigration officer that I'm might be staying over there (Myanmar), so they won't keep my passport over there and they are not going to charge 100 Baht from me.

Frankly I like to do some shopping over there as their goods look more beautiful and better. They seems to have the latest and updated product compare to their neighbour Thailand. As usual I bringing my passport over there and I'm preparing my 10.00 USD to pay it to them. It is usual that you have to pay some entrance fees at the border. Either you pay 500 Baht or 10 USD.

To my surprised, they took my passport and change it to their new Entry Permit. Quite new for me because I have never experienced it before. They took my photo and print it on the Entry Permit. When I want to go back to Thailand, I have to return the Entry Permit to exchange my passport back.

But during my entrance back to Thailand, the Immigration officer just gave me only 15 days duration of stay at Thailand. Usually when you arrive at the airport, the Thailand Immigration will gave you at least 30 days duration of stay. After I have done with my shopping, I went to the center of the town but there is nothing for me to look at. All I can see at their round-bout was a word " CITY OF THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE ".

Bangkok - Chiang Rai 4 Days 3 Nights.

When I was arriving in Bangkok on 19.07.2009 (Sunday), I have to catch my flight to Chiang Rai. This time around, the departure time was very good. No delay at all.

Usually when I went to Chiang Rai, AirAsia always using Boeing 737 quite often but this time during my flight to Chiang Rai, I was surprised that I'm boarding a new Airbus A320 to Chiang Rai. My flight from Bangkok to Chiang Rai also require me to wear a mask.

My actual date that I was supposed to go home was on Thursday but because of certain works need it to be done, I have to change several of my flight time back from Thursday to Saturday. Like my Chiang Rai - Bangkok schedule. I suppose to fly back to Bangkok on Thursday but now have to change it earlier to Wednesday. My flight plane number from Bangkok to Chiang Rai was HS-ABG.

Thailand For 7 Days 6 Nights.

This morning I'm travelling again. This time around I went to Chiang Rai and Bangkok. But this time my feeling going over there have lots of obstacles from my family and my parents as well.

It all about H1N1 virus that has been keep on going for quite sometime and it is worrying me also. No doubt the percentage of people being hit by this kind of virus is not really alarming yet but still it did poses a bit harm.

I have no choice but to wear a mask inside the flight. I wore it for the entire 2 hours and 5 minutes flight from LCCT Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok. No choice can't take the risk.

This time around my flight plane number to Bangkok was 9M-AFI.

Traveling To Kelantan. Short Holiday Trip.

Last week on Thursday 9th July, 2009, I was traveling to Kelantan to conduct a course there but my partner Datuk Dr. Azman Ching can't make it because he was too busy with his work. So I have no choice but to travel there and change my original plan. Just given them a small speech or some motivation talk during their weekly meeting on Friday night.

When I was there, I just take as a holiday trip and learn something more about the on going Multi Level Marketing - Direct Selling business in Kelantan. Nothing so special to share about what is going on in Kelantan. It is as usual and only a state by election was going to held Manik Urai.

On that day I was traveling with my partner on the same day but he has to travel back to Kuala Lumpur on the next day but I went back on Saturday afternoon. His short trip there was to attend Kelantan MCA Annual General Meeting where by he was one of the committee member in MCA Youth Malaysia.

My flight number to Kelantan was 9M-AFJ and my flight back to Kuala Lumpur was 9M-AFT. Why I'm recording the whole flight plane number ? I just want to record down whether I have managed to travel all of new AirAsia Airbus plane.

Here is one of my best friend in Kelantan. When I went to Kelantan, I always sleep at his home. He was a Kelantanese and he operated a Distribution Center in Kota Bharu (CNI). I know him more than 10 years already.

Manado, North Sulawesi. Shopping Complex Lousiest.

On our last day at Manado, we didn't go anywhere. Just stay in the hotel and went for shopping at the shopping complex. If we want to compare the shopping complex with our Malaysia shopping complex, from the scale of 1 to 10 (the best to the lousiest). I would rate it as number 8. Very small shopping complex.

Talking about shopping just forget it. It took me just 30 min for me to walk out from the shopping complex. From there I only knew that Malaysia shopping complex are the best in the region.

On the day we went to Manado together, six of us were travelling together but on the day we come back only three of us were leaving home early. Our plane flight number home to Malaysia was 9M-AFA. I spent nearly RM 1,000.00 for 3 days 2 nights expenses at Manado, North Sulawesi, Indonesia.

Little Story Of Manado.

Well let me try to tell a little story about Manado, North Sulawesi. For me this not a very good place to go for a holiday or to bring your family there. It is good for people who want to go for a diving. They have a very good place for people who want to visit one of their lovely island. The island and the place called Bunaken. Because of my 3 days 2 nights trip, I didn't have lots of time to visit there.

On the second day we went to see a hot spring. It took us about 3 hours to reach that place. The place that we went call Bukit Kasih and it cost about 400,000 Rupiah for a day trip to visit an active valcano.

The water is quite hot and the place have nothing special for us to enjoy the sightseeing. Just some boiling water only.

Manado town is quite big but they have a problem with their traffics. If we want to take a cab, they have a taxi but if you want to take a bus, see the picture below.

There are so many vans operating at Manado and they really bring lots of traffic jams to the town.
