Yesterday I went to watch a movie called CONFUCIUS. Great Movie. This what I call a movie. From this movie we can notice the historical and how Confucius survive during his difficult time.
Chow Yun Fatt was the actor. My favorite actor.
The story focuses on Confucius (Kong Qiu in Chinese), who grew up during the tumultuous era of China’s Spring and Autumn Period, a time when the country was split into rival states. Confucius was a born as a commoner, but his talent as a philosopher helped him rise to a position of influence within the Kingdom of Lu.
He eventually earns the position of acting minister of the interior after managing to suppress rival states. But his success creates resentment, and in 497 B.C. Confucius and his disciples leave the kingdom for a life of nomadic exile.
