Bad news for me. Last Friday I went to take a medical check-up to check my health. The report or the results come out a bit bad. My sugar level for the first time increase to 14.60. Cholesterol level at 7.60. This is alarming. 
Need to take medication from now on or else I will have lots of problem in the future. Spend nearly RM130.00 for the medication pills.
